1. Are packages picked up from my house or do I have to drop packages at the store?

Our field executive will pick up the package from your doorstep on the address details you provide during booking the package. Pack the content in a transit-worthy package and hand it over to our field executive.

2. Can my security guard or neighbour give my shipment if I am not available?

We prefer picking up your shipment from you in person. However, if you are not available to hand over your shipment, please direct our delivery partner to the alternative person when he calls you.

3. What if my consignment is Out of Delivery Area (ODA)?

ODA consignments are special delivery consignments. Extra charges to be paid by customers because consignment delivers with specially arranged vehicles to that area once it's reached nearest HUB

4. How can I register a complaint against the courier executive who came to pick up my order?

We are sorry to know that you are unhappy with our field executive. Please drop an email with your shipment details on info@nextdaycourierandcargo.in. We assure you that your complaint will be resolved on priority.

5. What kind of items are not allowed to be sent with this service?

Please make sure that you are not sending anything among these restricted Items:
a) Precious stones, gems and jewellery
b) Uncrossed (bearer) drafts / cheques, currency and coins
c) Poison
d) Firearms, explosives and military equipment.
e) Hazardous and radioactive material
f) Foodstuff and liquor
g) Any pornographic material
h) Hazardous chemical item and
i) Other items considered contraband under the Indian Postal law.
In case any such restricted item is identified, these items are bound to be seized by Delhivery and handed over with details to legal authorities.

6. Is there any size or weight limit for packages in this?

There is no size or weight limit for package through our courier.


7. How do I track my package?

You can track your order in Home page and visiting Tracking option.

8. What are the cancellation and refund policies?

You can cancel the order to call customer support 9787944711/9787944611 for orders cancelled before pickup, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded back to your account depending on the payment mode. If you cancel the order after it has been picked up for transit, the package will be returned however 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. 9. Can I update the pickup and delivery address after placing the order?

10. What if my package gets lost or damaged in transit?

In case of package loss reach out to our customer support within 15 days. In the case of damaged shipments, reach out to our customer support and share 3 photos of the shipment along with the description of the damage. Any claims will be settled based on these Terms and Conditions Customer support can be reached from the Contact Us page

11. What do I do if my shipment delivery is delayed?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, your delivery can get delayed. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you when you track your shipment on our website. However, in case you require an urgent delivery, please write us to info@nextdaycourierandcargo.in

12. My shipment is being returned. What does it mean and who do I contact?

Your shipment can be returned because:

  • Order was cancelled from the customer support
  • The package has been damaged in transit
  • Order was not delivered to receiver after multiple attempts because of incorrect address details, the receiver was not available, receiver has refused to accept the package or recent government imposed restrictions in delivery area.
